Sedona is known for its Red Rock formations. The site sits at an elevation where views abound, but we decided to elevate the home a bit by using a pier foundation to capture even more views. The design is an efficient and open 2,000 square-feet where each room has specific views of rock formations. Like all of our homes, connectivity with the exterior is developed through three separate cantilevered decks in three different orientations. Combined deck square-footage is 700 feet or 35% of interior space.
