This home office sits on an historic modern property in Savannah, Georgia. The clients returned to Savannah from living in a larger metropolitan area; they found a modern home from the ‘60s in a tree-lined neighborhood to make their home.
They needed additional space for their office and chose to construct a separate structure on the property. Located in a flood-zone, FEMA dictated the finish floor elevation of the office. Elevating the office via spread-footings and then setting the structure to comply with the requirements was relatively simple with the ASUL System.
