Sedona is a unique world-class destination; its Red Rock formations and extensive trail systems allow both a visual wonderment and a tactile connection. Situated on only 3 acres, the design imperative was to create 40 detached glass structures that captured that wonderment. Incorporating roof-top decks enhances this experience.
Like many sites in Sedona, the property is not flat. Instead of moving dirt to create flat, buildable pads with retention, the ASUL System utilizing a pier foundation was optimal. Not only did this preserve the natural topography, but it allowed us to easily manipulate the finish floor elevations to capture the precise views.
